Cancellation Policy
At AquaMedics IV, we are committed to providing exceptional service, convenience, and accessible care for every guest. To help us maintain timely and reliable appointments, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. Cancellation fee does not apply to appointments made the same day. However, please call us to cancel. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
