At AquaMedics Mobile IV, we are committed to delivering exceptional IV hydration therapy to support your wellness goals. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our refund policy:

 

Cancellations: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover preparation costs, including custom IV formulations Cancellation fee does not apply to appointments made the same day.

No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notification are non-refundable, as our clinicians reserve time and resources for your session.

Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with your IV therapy experience, please contact us within 48 hours via phone at 757-751-9091. We may offer a refund or complimentary session at our discretion, subject to review of the service provided.

Deposits: Any deposits for group events or bookings are non-refundable but transferable to a future session within 90 days, subject to availability.
