1. Can I pause or Cancel my membership? Yes you may pause or cancel anytime after the 3 month committment.
2. What if I miss a scheduled treatment? You are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment or rollover your treament to another month. Once max rollover is reached, IV treatment will be forfeited and half the value may be applied to another service. However this amount cannot be applied to monthly premium.
3. Are there any IV treatments excluded or limited? The Basic Plan excludes any premium IV drips greater than $155. Plus limits those premium drips to 1 per month, and Elite limits those drips to 2 per month.
4. Are the memberships transferrable? No, unfortunately we are not able to transfer memberships at this time.
5. Can I prepay for my membership? Yes, you may prepay your membership up to 6 months at time.
